As always, you can get the latest beta version from the "develop" git branch. Alternatively, the self-contained source tarball is at http://www.sagemath.org/download-latest.html

FWIW, on Debian testing running on core i7 + 16 GB RAM, upgrading 9.6.beta3 to 9.6.beta4 gines me one transient failure (already known) :

and one permanent one (new to me):
