Hi everyone,

After the online Sage Days yesterday, there are now patches at #6084 that apply against 4.7, build and allow one to create new polynomials. There are still bugs that I'm working on, and more tests to be written. But I wanted to get this posted so that anyone interested could try it out and give me feedback.

I've tried a number of times to get this merged into Sage in the past two years. Hopefully this time we'll succeed: there are a number of precision problems that are resolved by the new polynomial infrastructure.
