sage-brial being merged in sage

Hi all,

We are in the process of merging the brial python bindings shipped with
the BRiAL tarball inside of sagely itself.

They currently are only usable with sage anyway. The test suite was
also not working and couldn’t be made to work without being involved
in circular dependencies. This was addressed in the ticket.

We are aiming for inclusion in sage 9.2.

This also means that the next time I update the BRiAL package I will
remove the sage-brial folder from the tarball.

The merge has now been done and sage-brial is no more a separate package in sage-9.2.beta11.
