I've been using sage-5.2.beta1, which has sagenb-0.10.0, and I just
noticed that when I click to create a new cell, it always creates two
cells when I use Firefox (13.0, on a mac). It does not happen on
Safari.

The latest version of sagenb is 0.10.1

Try cloning it from github and see if you can reproduce the bug.

cd $SAGE_ROOT/devel/
git clone https://github.com/sagemath/sagenb.git sagenb-git
rm -f sagenb
ln -s sagenb-git sagenb

Note: make sure you've followed all the instructions at #13121 first
(starting from sage-5.2.beta1).

Also, make sure to hard-refresh the page. We were having some trouble
with people's browsers caching Javascript from a previous instance of
the server, which shouldn't be happening but apparently is happening.
