1. Open page (below) with embedded the Sage Cell Server and run, for example, code sphere(). 3dplot does not work.

2. Open https://sagecell.sagemath.org/ and run code sphere(). 3dplot is OK.

Maybe this is a firewall issue... even doing it from your page works fine for me.  Though it is a static 3d plot, not rotatable.  Is that what you meant?  The same happens on my own pages that are embedded.  I'm not sure why the javascript wouldn't work properly when embedded, though that does seem to be what is happening.
