See
http://ask.sagemath.org/question/2041/embed-sage-vars-in-html-notebook-cell
and the poster's discovery of this. I don't see <sage>x</sage> at
http://sagemath.org/doc/reference/sage/misc/html.html
, and the
function where it happens (
http://hg.sagemath.org/sage-main/file/
33242a07d2ab/sage/misc/html.py#l154) doesn't have an example even in
the code, and
http://www.sagenb.org/help
doesn't have this either. Is
it somewhere else in sagenb?
If not, the question is, where should it go, and is sage/misc/html.py
the right place? Or sagenb? This would seem to be quite useful.
