Tensor operations in Sage using Python libraries as backends

Hi,

I am Satyaban Sahoo, PGDM student in Emerging Technology from ASM IBMR. I wish to work on a project "Tensor operations in Sage using Python libraries as backends." 

I have 3 years of experience in Python and R, also ML based projects which includes TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn and PyTorch. Also, I have worked as a backend developer using GoLang.

So, I feel I can contribute to this project. Hoping for a positive reply.
