[GSoC 2021] [Draft Proposal] Lazy Formal Power Series

Hey!

I am Tejasvi Chebrolu, a computer science sophomore at the International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad. Attached is my draft proposal for the Project "Lazy Formal Power Series". It would be great if the community could go through my proposal and comment on how to better it. Martin, the mentor for the project, has already given his comments, and it would be great if the other mentors and members of the community could also do the same.

Apart from the proposal, I was asked to create a ticket for the new restructuring of the code, and it can be found here. It would be great if that could also be reviewed. Any suggestions regarding the proposed timeframe or any implementation details would be really appreciated.
