Proposal review (and some questions)

Hi!

I've submitted my proposal on "Enhanced Optimization Solver Interfaces for Sage" and was hoping you could give me a quick review. I had exams in the last week of March, so I couldn't submit my proposal till now. I'm sorry for the delay.

I was wondering if there was a quicker way to contact the mentors. The project involves some solvers I haven't tried, so I couldn't delve deep into the integration paths in the proposal. Also, what are the issues we will be tackling from the meta ticket list this year?
