Dear Developers,

I am Sachin, a third year undergraduate student at Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, I have been using python for around three years and have a good experiance in it. I build the sageMath, went through some tutorial and now I would like to contribute to it.

I like to work on graph module of SageMath so If you have some suggestion regarding the Project, please let me know.

Thanks,

David Coudert

Thank you for your interest in this Sagemath.

Before applying for GSoC with Sagemath, you should start getting familiar with Sagemath (how to play with graphs, do basic algorithms, etc.) and with the developer guide http://doc.sagemath.org/html/en/developer/index.html (what’s the programing standard, how to use git, etc.). Then, you can start contributing Sagemath with smalls patchs (implementation of a new algorithm or improvement of an existing one).
You can see the current activity at https://trac.sagemath.org/

Sincerely,
