Interest in GSoC Project: "Improve integration with Mathics"

Hi dr @tcscrims, 

i'm rashad - i've been hanging around and contributing to sage for a few months now (mostly working on these my contributions)

I’m really interested in taking on the "Improve integration with Mathics" project for GSoC this year.

i have already started looking around 'src/sage/interfaces/mathics.py'

still going through some stuff to understand

i have some questions:

- where could i found more info about the project 

- how to contact Rocky Bernstein to get a bit more info so that i can start preparing

-  and do i need the positive review tag to get merged because you have approved the changes but you didn't give me the tag  i am talking about this pr
