GSOC Proposal Final: Create an INterface for Small Groups

Hello i did a small mistake while submitting the proposal i actually printed it instead of saving, due to which the links to the PRs are dead in the document, basically there is no hyperlink, i have here attached the "active" link PDF, just incase the Mentor wants to refer the the PRs and other important links and reference given in the document,

Again, there is no difference in the material of the documents, just the links work in the attached pdf here,
