Doubt Regarding Proposal Submission

1. I'm Aditya Chaudhary, an AI enthusiast and seasoned MERN Stack Developer with deep expertise in Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, and Mathematics. I am particularly interested in "Zariski closures of finitely generated matrix groups" project idea, so I want to know that during the proposal submission do we have to submit it with the Implemented project as well?, or do we have to submit the proposal containing the indepth solution and action plan?
