***The current jmol-11.5.2-src-v2 installation is problematic. as can
be seen from the following sequence:****
$ sage -optional
...
jmol-11.5.2-src-v2
...
$ sage -i jmol-11.5.2-src-v2
(.....download ....)
***Extraction begins. Note that extraction takes place into
jmol-11.5.2-src and NOT jmol-11.5.2-src-v2.***

./jmol-11.5.2-src/...
....
./jmol-11.5.2-src/...
Extraction completed;
***sage propt appears as follows***

sage: After decompressing the directory jmol-11.5.2-src-v2 does not
exist
This means that the corresponding .spkg needs to be downloaded
again.
***The downloading starts again AND the process is repeated***
What should I do?

Hi,

it is a bug on our end and it should be fixed in about 10 minutes.

Cheers,

Fixed. Just out of curiosity: What are you building jmol from sources?
It is already installed as a binary.

Let us know if anything [else] is broken.

That said, there is no reason most people would
ever want to install the jmol src package -- the precompiled
java jmol stuff is *already* included standard in Sage. The src
package is just for people who have the full java development
environment setup and want to do development on jmol.
