I've been creating several single cell "sagelets" to utilize from
within WebWork problems. If interested, you can view what I have thus
far by browsing http://math.mc.edu/webwork2/sage_demos/ and logging
into the system as guest. I need to fix at least one answer checker
but you can get the idea.

Suggestions welcome.

Cool. Perhaps not surprisingly, things didn't work perfectly on my iPad. In particular, I couldn't drag the sliders (I don't remember having this problem before).

Thanks; that's a known problem. We've been waiting for jQueryMobile [1]
to stabilize before looking at switching over to that for the sliders, etc.

It looks like it did stabilize over the last few months, so when we have
time, we'll probably move things over to that.

Nice :-) Very, very, nice. Are you still interested in trying to work
on stuff like this this summer?

Sure. What works for you? Anyone else interested?

I'm focused on working up the multivariate calculus ones now since I'm
teaching that this term. Any suggestions appreciated.

BTW, anyone who wants a real login to help improve things is welcome.
Email.

Great! I'm teaching multivariate too, and am using webwork, so I plan
on helping.

Thanks,

Jason

I'd be more interested in material on Calc I & II. I haven't heard
back from the school about funding that project yet, but I'd like to
see what can be adapted into an online text as well as homework
problems.

Sure. I am focusing on Multivariate right now since I'm teaching the
course and will be testing these problems this term. I have similar
sage-webwork problems planned for cal-based prob/stats, linear algebra
and trig but no time and no class to test on. At MC I assign the
other calculus courses to our good teachers :) but will still plan to
work with you somehow this summer if things work out for you.
