summer REU is computational dynamics

Hi All,
There will be a summer REU program at ICERM on computational
arithmetic dynamics next summer. Info can be found at
(https://icerm.brown.edu/summerug/). The program is 8 weeks: June 10 -
Aug 2 2019. Projects will involve a significant amount of computation
using Sage on topics related to

- rational preperiodic points
- automorphism groups
- postcritically finite maps
- dynamical statistics over finite fields

We will also have a separate component learning to develop code for Sage.

If you know of enthusiastic, hard working mathematics students with a
background including number theory and some programming experience,
please encourage them to apply.
