Hi there,

I'm currently working on upgrading to sage 9.4.beta4 from source. I'm not having any trouble with it (so far), but I was hoping to keep writing some code. I'm concerned that if I edit code while sage is ```make build``-ing that I will break things. Is it the case that editing the source while building a new beta version will break things? Or is it safe to do so?

Thanks so much!

It is not safe to say it is safe. But it usually does not break things if you edit python files while building.
