Question : what are the patchbots suppoed to di when testing a new upstream package ?

Dear list,

I wondered why no one had judged useful to review Trac#27738. I checked the result of the (numerous) patchbot tests and wondered why ALL of their shortlogs ended in :

Apparently there is some kind of bug/confusion somewhere because in
'/home/sage-patchbot/sage/build/pkgs/R/checksums.ini' it should be 'r'
not 'R'.

the tarball name starts from 'R', the package name starts from 'r'.
