Installing TOPCOM failure (involving a problem of gcc 7.2.0)

I am using a Macbook pro with a macOC Sierra operating system (10.12.6). I encountered a problem when I try to install the TOPCOM package with the command "sage -i topcom", the error log attached. What should I do to fix this problem?

Thanks, I have already fixed all issues with upgrading X code, installing X code command line tools, etc.
