Error installing package openblas-0.3.13

When I build SageMath on WSL2, I encounter the following error. I have checked that I have tar, gzip installed.

I checked that I have tar, gzip installed.

Are you by any chance trying to do building in ./sage --buildsh 
(sub)shell?

This is not supported.
