Dear all,
When running
$ docker run -it sagemath/sagemath-dev:develop
the machine launches and starts compiling all of sage! Not sure when
such behaviour started but something is definitely broken.

This is now https://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/34241.
The build scripts have probably changed in recent versions and now the sagemath-dev lacks some essential timestamped file.
