I can build 10.9 on the host machine, but I can't build 10.9 and 10.10
in a guest vm.

On fedora 44 as guest in a **virtual machine** (kvm-qemu with linux
host) I get error:

package: fpylll-0.6.4
[spkg-install] from . import _multiarray_umath, overrides
[spkg-install] RuntimeError: NumPy was built with baseline optimizations:
[spkg-install] (X86_V2) but your machine doesn't support:
[spkg-install] (X86_V2).
Please email sage-devel (http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel)
explaining the problem and including the log files
