Error building 10.9 in fpylll on Fedora 43

I managed to install 10.9 on a Fedora 43 machine, but on another
machine (incrementally distupgrading Fedora) 10.9 from github failed:

[fpylll-0.6.4] Please email sage-devel
(http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel)
[fpylll-0.6.4] explaining the problem and including the log files
[fpylll-0.6.4] /opt/joro/sage-10.9/sage/logs/pkgs/fpylll-0.6.4.log
[fpylll-0.6.4] and
[fpylll-0.6.4] /opt/joro/sage-10.9/sage/config.log
[fpylll-0.6.4] Describe your computer, operating system, etc.

One sees in your log, twice:

[spkg-install] RuntimeError: NumPy was built with baseline optimizations:
[spkg-install] (X86_V2) but your machine doesn't support:
[spkg-install] (X86_V2).

It seems that numpy wasn't built correctly, can you post the log of
numpy building, too?

Is this a very old machine?

You might need to modify numpy's spkg-install.in file as explained in the above URL.
