All the student projects associated to those courses should already be
hidden. Are they not? Any time you open the .course file it should

Every single SMC projects gets a free 3GB quota, and it's fine to just
leave them as is. This way all students in your class have the option
-- forever (hopefully!) to look at all of the work they did when they
were in the class. It's one of the very cool features of SMC.
