Am I the only one who thinks the "Delete Account" and "Sign Out" buttons should not be right next to each other?

I'm waiting for a frantic, middle-of-the-night email from a student saying, "I just wanted to sign out, and I deleted my account instead!"

Or is signing out really unnecessary? I always thought it would be polite to sign out, but perhaps there is no reason to (unless you're using a public computer)?

That won't happen (and never has). Try clicking the "Delete account"
button, and you'll see how unlikely it is that you'll actually delete
your account.

Sign out is necessary. What if you are using SMC on a computer at a
public store?
