nontrivial updates

Hi,

There were a bunch of updates to SageMathCloud over the weekend. In
particular, you can now use the "side chat" to discuss any type of
file at all (Jupyter notebooks, task lists, courses, etc.), and drag
to resize the chat. Also, many other aspects of dragging (split
editor views) and general layout on browser resize is now rewritten to
be more robust, faster and cleaner. The video chat functionality was
also rewritten to be more robust.

There are about two dozen known (non-blocked) bugs in SageMathCloud,
which are listed here:

If you know of any bugs not listed there, do let us know! We are
trying to fix all of these remaining bugs ASAP, though some are
extremely difficult.
