error rendering 3d scene -- error downloading /blobs/151e7106-0e5c-4e60-856b-37689fa78300.sage3d?uuid=151e7106-0e5c-4e60-856b-37689fa78300
I was unable to stop or restart the worksheet. It just kept flashing, even after I closed it and opened it again. The same command on Sage installed on my computer worked fine. Then this morning I re-opened the same Sage worksheet and found that it is still flashing, and I am unable to stop it or restart it. I also tried to login and out of my account. Now it seems that I am unable to use that Sage worksheet at all, that had a lot of content. Any help would be appreciated.

The flashing is a state indicator for the data of the file, your
attempts to restart it were probably working fine. Just go into the
cell that looks like it is doing something and click "stop".
However, to help your further, we need to know your project and the
file. Please email he...@sagemath.com and send us a description and the
URL link to that file. Since it is about 3d printing, we maybe also
need your browser and OS information.

I have had trouble with "Stop" before as well. Sometimes the little square in the stop button spins and spins, and it never stops stopping! Other times after stopping I try to run the cell again, and nothing happens. I find that refreshing the browser clears this up most of the time.
I had a student that put a calculation in a cell that took a very long time to complete, which basically froze the worksheet waiting for this one calculation. We had trouble stopping and deleting the offending cell. We ended up downloading the file, opening it in a regular text editor, deleting the "bad" calculation, and uploading back to Sage. There may be a better way, but it did work.

Thanks for the feedback and information. I have now solved the problem through SageMathCloud Help (stopping and restarting the project from the project settings tab worked). I will bear in mind refreshing the browser too.
