Some R and Python packages

Hi Andrey,

Is it possible to install the R package GGally (an extension for ggplot2) and a Python package scitools (scitools3) - useful for animations ?

scitools was dropped: https://github.com/sagemath/sagecell/commit/c3eefeee7fbf96db3bd091a2b2792686a0aff1fa

I'll look into GGally
