R plots and output from multiple commands

I have changed internal support for R plots - please check if it affects you in any way.
More importantly, it seems that new R interface processes multiple commands in a single evaluation differently, which I believe should be fixed, see https://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/27025#ticket and please report (or try to fix!) problems if you are affected.

R plots seem to work. No side effects so far.
