White list Wikipedia IP?

I'm wondering if we could white list Wikipedia access. I was looking at some image processing stuff and thought about using an image like https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:StLouisArchMultExpEV%2B1.51.JPG#/media/File:StLouisArchMultExpEV+4.09.JPG in an example.
Wikipedia could also be a source for web-scraping examples since they have lots of data tables (often with lots of extra stuff in them, like links and images).
