Can you give more details? Both servers are working for me at the moment and statistics seem to be OK. There were a few more restarts after OS upgrade than usual, but it may be due to a higher load. In any case such restarts should be "fixed" by reloading the page (you will get another compute node, one which is still up and it is a rare case that everything is down).

The main page http://sagecell.sagemath.org won't load for me on Windows/Firefox or iOS/Safari. Ditto for pages with embedded cells. Waiting for a response from server in both cases.

Works for me in Firefox on Linux and Firefox/IE on Windows. No idea what's going on. Do servers appear to be completely unreachable? I am getting automatic alerts when this happens, and at the moment the monitor also seems to be fine. Can anyone else test/report?

Thanks, Rob!

Paul: if you figure out what has happened, please let me know.

In general, as the main page states, "SageMathCell is expected to work with any modern browser and without any downtime." Typical maintenance/upgrade should be completely transparent to the users (new ones are sent to new servers, old ones stick to old ones until the end of session). Unexpected crashes do happen, but rarely.

It's sort of working for me now: main page loads, but response is slow and sometimes incomplete. Since other sites around the Internet work at normal speeds, it's not likely to be my connection unless Comcast is blocking Sage.

Isn't the server on GCE like Trac? Trac seems slow today as well.

For North America it is on GCE. I don't feel any slowness and instances are not heavily loaded either... Trac also seems as responsive as ever, so perhaps there is something going on like Comcast maintenance?-)

The problem seems to have just gone away, so most likely was a Comcast issue. I saw a couple Cloudflare errors on another site, so maybe that was related.

I'll also note that I haven't been able to push to Trac all afternoon until now. Whatever was blocking that appears to have also been blocking your server, which I why I asked if they had a common host.
