SageMath 9.6 released

The new version 9.6 of SageMath was released on 2022-05-15. It supersedes version 9.5, which was released earlier this year, on 2022-01-30.

Sage (http://www.sagemath.org/) is developed by volunteers and combines hundreds of open source packages. A total of 83 people contributed as authors or reviewers of tickets (PRs) that were merged in Sage 9.6.
