Hi!
Because of some backward incompatible internal changes in Sage (e.g.,
SAGE_DATA versus SAGE_SHARE), my optional spkg p_group_cohomology did
not work with the recent Sage versions.
Hence, I created a new version 2.1.4, to be reviewed at #14492. FWIW...
