Sagan accepted into debian main

Hi,

I've finally managed to package sagan with the latest svn trunk (r129)
and have uploaded it to Debian unstable. The package was accepted in
just a few hours, thanks to Debian FTP masters (the rules were already
present in the main archive)

The package is fully working with the default installation, with an init
script creating the socket, some examples of rsyslog configurations etc.
Default configuration is to send alerts to the 'alert' log file, but
package is built with support for all other output formats.
