Pushed up the first 0.2.1 to Githib.

- Version bump from 0.2.1
- Fixed small problem with direct SQL write not showing username/uid/etc.
- Removed some old debug code from sagan-signal.c

Big goal for 0.2.1 -> Snortsam support.
