- Removed the replace_str() function. Relied on a return value and a
global being set. Didn't like the approach so split into two new
functions. sagan_getfilename() and sagan_replace_str(). These where
moved to the sagan-util.c
- Code clean up, in the way of removing globals, unused var's,
etc.

Split sagan.h to sagan.h and sagan-defs.h
