Hello all,

We've released Sagan version 0.2.3. This release addresses some minor
bug fixes and enhancements. This will be the last of the Sagan 0.2.X
series. The next release will be 0.3.0. This is largely due to a lot
of code restructuring.

This version of Sagan is _not_ compatible with the Github rules. If
you are using this version, make sure you get your rules from
http://sagan.quadrantsec.com/rules/ and _not_ Github!
