Started rebranding Sagan from Softwink, Inc. to Sagna from Quadrant

Remote the -p / --program mode flag. It's inefficient way of
colllecting logs & added unneeded complexity
Have a segfault that needs to be addresses on kill -1/HUP sagan.
Looking into liblognorm normalization issue.
