Hey. So I go to McNally. And hopefully Alex remembers me. But yeah. We
were hoping to set up a t-shirt sale during a lunch hour at our
school, and it never happened, and we've finally gotten a little
organized and picked a date! Which is...Tuesday, June 5. So our
thoughts were that we'd sell the shirts at noon in the gym. And, prior
to the noon hour, both Social 20 IB classes have class. Our hope was
that you'd be able to do a presentation to each of the classes, too.
(That part isn't a for sure yet; I need to get the ok from the teacher
of the classes.) So I thought I'd throw this out there, see if it was
something you guys were still interested in, and see if the date
worked for you. We're relatively flexible; we just wanted to avoid IB
exams and regular finals, and that week and the ones before and after
it are really the only ones that do that. Alright then. Thanks!

Caitlin.

Hi Caitlin,

This sounds like a great plan and I am pretty sure we can make the date work!! The t-shirt part is relatively straight forward and can be handled quite easily. But with regards to the presentation it has actually been long time since I've been in a Social 20 class. The last thing I remember about that class was writing an awful essay regarding the faults of Mussolini's nationalism. So maybe you can tell me what kind of direction you are looking for so that SAGA can actually present something relevant :-)

Do you have a syllabus that tells you what you're going to be studying at that time; and can you maybe forward it to me?? Or else I can maybe get in touch with your teacher and see exactly what he/she wants. Let me know.

And yeah I remember you,
Alex

Awesome. I'll talk to my teacher and give him the SAGA email or
something, get him in contact with you. We're basically studying the
entire 19th century and we're doing research papers right now so I'm
not really sure if anything is relevant haha. And around that time
it'll probably be review. But I'm sure we can work something out that
will work for everyone. And I'm just going to talk to our principal
and see if we can get tables in the gym for that lunch hour. I'll keep
you posted. Yay! I'm excited! Hehehe.
