Suggestion: Make a Gitter or Slack channel

Hi there,
Even though Google groups is working fine but it is not rich, in terms of mentioning or embedding code or Github issues and similar stuff into communication. It is somehow disconnected for the whole development on Github. Therefore I suggest to create a Gitter or Slack channel for radical and saga related communication. This is not a promotion for these services, rather just a suggestion to make the communication faster and richer.
