Since we have a wondrous item crafter in the group, I'll give you a little framework:
If his skull is used to create a helm of telepathy, reduce the raw material cost by 3,000gp.
If his gullet organs are used to create a bag of holding, reduce the raw material cost by 750gp.
It takes half his blood supply to create a periapt of proof against poison, which reduces the raw material cost by 1,500gp.
1/4 of his blood supply is sufficient for one potion of detect thoughts or oil of acid resistance, and each supply reduces the material cost by 200gp.
So the corpse of Phfaelstaerrae is worth upwards of 5,650gp in raw materials towards crafting.

Kieran is disappointed to have to part with such an intriguing
specimen, but he won't go back on the agreement. Apart from being
against all sense of honor, it would not do to develop an
untrustworthy reputation in Silverymoon.
