7 is start time, yes? Not get there at 7 and start rolling dice at

Roll dice at 7, if possible. Everyone do what you must to make that a
reality. If you show up early, please eat (if the food's ready) and
don't wait for me for anything. If I show up at 7 and everyone's been
there for 30 minutes, it'd be nice if everyone's crap is already set
up so the burden is on me. I'd rather it be that way than trying to
herd kittens while trying to set up myself, y'know?
