Dear Members & Friends: Attached is the weekly schedule as well as the flyers for the special events, which are taking place at the Safra Synagogue.

 

Effective this Shabbat -NEW – 9:00 AM -- FATHER & SON SPECIAL MINYAN, IN THE KIDUSH ROOM

The purpose of this new Minyan, is to enable the younger children and teenagers of the Synagogue, to become more involved in our beautiful prayers, and traditions.

Our newly hired Youth Director, Rabbi Eliahu Bucay will be running this Minyan.

With the Father’s participation and support, this newly established program will be crowned with success

 

***This Sunday, December 12th, ***

 

 New Sefer Torah Dedication by Mr. & Mrs. Leon Agami. Minha & Arbit will be at 5:15 PM

Writing of the final letters of the Sefer Torah and dancing with all of Sifrei Torah at 5:45 pm. Followed by Seudah & Music.

***This coming Monday night at 8 :00 pm***

 

For the first time at the  Midrasha at Safra program, the guest speaker will be, Rabbi Issachar Frand, Baltimore MD.

Rabbi Frand is considered today, one of the most eloquent and inspirational speakers of the world today.

Not to be missed - Early arrival is suggested!

 

On a personal note:  My Family and I, would like to express our gratitude to everyone that warmly attended last Sunday night reception, in Honor of our daughter's Deborah, upcoming wedding, which will take with H-shem's help, on Wednesday January 5, 2011, in Brooklyn. NY.
