Dear SAFIS colleagues,
The attached tables are appendixed in a SA Institute of International Affairs Report Occasional Paper 235 evaluating the SA DRC Partnership. The rounded off amount of bilateral assistance is ZAR 5 billion!
The government subsidies to student assistance in Table A3 between 2007 and 2014 is 504 million!
Can we discuss this at our next meeting especially given our own domestic poverty and inequality!
