Hi,
tl;dr: The quota management interface for the SafetyNet Attestation API is changing. There's no action necessary for existing clients.
From this week onward, clients of the SafetyNet Attestation API may find a slightly different interface in the Cloud Console when they view their per-project quota settings for the Android Device Verification API.
All existing quota settings have already been migrated to this new system, so existing clients should not have to do anything in response to this change.
The main change that you'll notice (besides some differences in the presentation of the quota settings) involves the shift to specifying peak API quota usage in terms of queries-per-minute-per-project instead of queries-per-100-seconds-per-project.
