Man dies in 'apparent' roof electrocution at WA worksite

11/02/2013 - An 18-year-old man has died, apparently electrocuted, in the roof space of a house in Bunbury, south of Perth.

EnergySafety said it was investigating the work-related death of the man in East Bunbury on Friday morning.

 

Inspectors from EnergySafety, WorkSafe and Western Power went to the house and are determining how the man died.

Man dies after pallet falls on him

A man has been killed after a pallet, containing sheets of glass, fell on him in Osborne Park this morning.

The man was rushed to Royal Perth Hospital just after midday but could not be saved.

Worksafe inspectors are at the Osborne Park glass manufacturing business.
