NSW Construction worker crushed at work site between two vehicles.
Initial information suggests an unlicensed driver was trying to operate a truck and it moved forward (potentially was in gear when started- my comment) crushing the worker between another truck.

WA fisherman dies after cray boat sinks

Qld last week- 12 year old boy crushed by road roller
Not much info available on this. The roller was being operated on a private property and some media reports suggested it was being used to construct a driveway and that the boy was operating it at the time, so there is some uncertainty about whether this would strictly be  workplace.
