Dear Skyx Team,
เนื่องจากที่ได้มีการประชุมกันในวันนี้ ทาง TPT ได้จัดทำ LOG SHEET สำหรับบันทึกปัญหาต่างๆที่พนักงานขับรถพบเจอ ขณะปฏิบิตงาน
ขอให้มีการใช้ฟอร์มนี้ในการทำบันทึกปัญหาต่างๆ ที่ทาง SKYX ได้รับผลกระทบและส่งแจ้งกลับมาทาง TPT ทุกครั้งที่พบปัญหา เพื่อที่ทาง TPT จะได้ช่วยประสานงานและแก้ไขให้ไม่เกิดปัญหาในครั้งถัดๆ ไปค่ะ
หากสงสัยในตรงไหนสามารถสอบถามเพิ่มเติมได้ค่ะ

หากเจอปัญหาใดในตอนกลางวันจะต้องแจ้งกลับทุกคร้ัง (ไม่ต้องกรอกข้อมูลช่องนี้) หากเป็นงานที่พบปัญหาตอนกลางคืนขอให้มีการแก้ไขสถานการณ์เบื้องต้นไปก่อน และแจ้งกลับทิ้งไว้ หรือ แจ้งไม่เกินเที่ยงของอีกวันค่ะ (กรอกข้อมูลช่องนี้) |
หลังจากแจ้งหัวหน้างานประสานงานไปยังแพลนเนอร์ การรันคิวก็ไวขึ้น |
