CASE :ทั้งหัวหน้างานและพนักงานขับรถเกิดเคสค่อนข้างเยอะให้ไปรีวิว ความพร้อมของรถ และพฤติกรรมของพนักงานขับรถในส่วนหัวหน้างาน : ให้รีวิวกระบวนการมอนิเตอร์งาน
- -Uniform สั่งทำอยู่และ SKYX รอประชุมกับทางสำนักงานใหญ่แล้วจะกลับมาอัพเดทให้ DGF ทราบอีกครั้ง

ESP มีบางงานบางคันไม่สามารถปรับปรุงการทำงานให้ได้ตาม มาตรฐานสิ่ง KPI timestamp ได้รับผลกระทบซ้ำๆจากรถคันเดิมหากไม่สามารถทำให้ดีขึ้นได้จะงดรับบริการ
