การเทรน Defensive Driving : -นำข้อบกพร่องที่เจอมาไปทำแบบสอบถามพนักงานขับรถ หลังจากทดสอบการขับรถแล้ว ให้ทำการสลับข้อทุกคนห้ามเลขข้อเดียวกัน  แบบทดสอบประมาณ 15-20 ข้อ -ออกแบบการขับรถกลางคืน จะต้องไปดูตัวอย่างการฝึกอบรม การขับรถการคืน ว่าจะต้องทำยังไงบ้าง และนำมาทดสอบกับพนักงานขับรถ (การทดสอบการขับรถตอนกลางคืนหัวหน้างานจะต้องนั่งไปด้วยเท่านั้น)	T	Sky X	27-May-24	-	-	-อัพเดทความคืบหน้าในประชุมครั้งหน้า -แชร์คลิปการทดสอบการขับรถของพนักงาน ให้ K. Rattapat ไม่ต้องยาวมาก เพื่อเป็นตัวอย่าง
พนักงานขับรถรอสินค้านาน : -TPT ออกแบบ log sheet ให้ skyx บันทึกเคสเมื่อพบการรอนาน และได้รับผลกระทบจากการทำงานด้านอื่น -Skyx บันทึกปัญหาที่พบ และ แจ้งกลับมายัง TPT	T	TPT- Sky X	27-May-24	-	-	-ขอให้ส่งข้อมูลจาก GPS จากเคสการรอสินค้านานที่ผ่านมาล่าสุด ให้TPT เพื่อนำไปประสานต่อ นำข้อมูลปัญหาที่พนักงานพบในการทำงาน มาแก้ไขไม่ให้เกิดเหตุการณ์แบบนี้อีกในอนาคต
การซ่อมบำรุงของรถ : -Skyx ทำแผนการซ่อมบำรุง กลุ่มรถรายเดือน รายเที่ยว -Skyx สร้าง template มาให้พนักงานขับรถบันทึกการซ่อมบำรุงของตัวเอง ระบุรายการซ่อมบำรุงที่ไปทำมา และหัวหน้างานก็บันทึกร่วมกับพนักงานขับรถ หากมีการซ่อมอะไรที่เกี่ยวกับการใช้งานจริง จะต้องมีหลักฐานการซ่อมบำรุงจริง -ในการบันทึกจะต้องมีลายเซ็น และระบุวันที่บันทึก สถานะการซ่อมให้ชัดเจน -แจกแมนนวลให้รถ 4/6 ล้อ ตารางการเข้าซ่อมบำรุงรถขั้นพื้นฐาน	T	TPT	27-May-24	-	-	-อัพเดทความคืบหน้าในประชุมครั้งหน้า
ตรวจสภาพความพร้อมของรถและคน : -ขอให้ทาง Skyx มีการตรวจสอบสภาพรถทุกคันตามจริงอย่างเคร่งครัด เนื่องจากสภาพรถไม่ค่อยเรียบร้อย	T	TPT- Sky X	27-May-24	-	-	สุ่มตรวจรถในครั้งถัดไป
รถทดแทน EV : -ขอให้ทำการติดป้ายที่รถว่า รถทดสอบการใช้งาน ติดทุกคันที่เป็นรถทดแทน -รถที่มีปันหา ขอให้ทำการคืน thai ev -รถทดแทนที่ไม่มีประกันสินค้า สามารถวิ่งงานได้ แต่พนักงานขับรถจะต้องรับงานที่มีความเสี่ยงน้อย และจะต้องดูแลสินค้าอย่างระมัดระวังในการขนส่ง	I	Sky X	27-May-24	-	-
Other : -Uniform Skyx กำลังดำเนินการจัดทำ uniform พนักงานขับรถใส่ Uniform Skyxทุกวัน จ-พฤ,เสาร์   อนุญาตให้ใส่ชุด DHL ได้ทุกวันศุกร์เท่านั้น -พนักงานขับรถเข้าไปรับสินค้าที่สนามบิน แต่พนักงานหน้าคลังแจ้งว่าสินค้าขึ้นรถเก็บมา SBMM แล้ว	T	Sky X	27-May-24	-	-	-อัพเดทความคืบหน้าเรื่อง Uniform ในครั้งถัดไป -ส่งข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับ งาน Mint Shipment นอก ให้ K.Syumporn เพื่อดำเนินการต่อ
